Start Windows in Safe mode
Windows provides safe
mode option for diagnostic purpose. If your
system is infected with viruses or facing trouble
with normal Windows boot, you can start your
system in safe mode to fix the problem.
As soon as the BIOS
finished loading, continually tap the F8 key
until the Windows Advanced Options menu appears.
Using the cursor keys, scroll down to "Safe
mode" and press Enter key. It will start
your system in safe mode with minimal setup. This
procedure is applicable for all Windows operating
systems including Windows XP, Windows Vista,
Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000 and Windows
NT.
You can start your system
in normal mode by just restarting the system.
